Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and other roles across global teams. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, source proactively using LinkedIn/Indeed/ATS, improve funnel metrics with data, champion candidate experience, and support employer branding and talent marketing.

Design, build, and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and lakehouse schemas for multi-tenant SaaS data. Implement CDC and near-real-time ingestion, ensure data quality, governance, and tenant isolation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to deliver reliable, performant pipelines; mentor teammates and shape the data platform roadmap to power client-facing and analytics capabilities.

Manage cross-border indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax), prepare and review filings and returns, coordinate with external advisors, support tax provisions and reconciliations, assist audits and transfer pricing work, improve tax processes and maintain reporting systems while collaborating with finance, legal, and business teams.
