The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts across the company, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet its strategic goals. This role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment team, and working closely with department heads to align hiring needs with business objectives. A key responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to identify and hire key talents who are critical to the company’s success. Additionally, they oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Leadership

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful recruiting efforts.
  • Distribute open mandates within the team, ensuring a balanced and efficient workload.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Work closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Ensure the recruitment team is up-to-date on best practices and recruitment technologies.
  • Conduct Q review with Hiring Managers. 

Recruitment Strategy

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Identify talent gaps and proactively build a pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

Team Management

  • Provide support and coaching to recruitment team members, helping them navigate challenging searches and develop their skills.
  • Conduct performance reviews (1 per Q), offering feedback and creating development plans to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and weekly one one one. 
  • Ensure the recruitment team follows best practices in talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and compliance.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by creating a seamless recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and clear information about next steps.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Perform spontaneous quality checks with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure it aligns with company standards.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local, federal, and industry-specific regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide reports to senior leadership.
  • Use data and insights to refine recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.

Special Projects

  • Lead special projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, market research, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Stay informed about trends in talent acquisition, including new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Event Management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that support recruitment efforts.

Onboarding

  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and aligned with the organization’s goals.
