Chez Ogilvy Montréal, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Superviseur(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de Service Conseil. Dans ce rôle, vous accompagnerez au quotidien les clients dans leurs initiatives de communication en collaboration avec les équipes de stratégie, de création et de production.

Vous êtes le point de contact auprès des clients. Vous êtes un·e ambassadeur·drice de leurs marques, mais aussi de notre agence. Vous êtes une personne d’une grande fiabilité et vous avez une solide éthique de travail et un sens aigu des affaires. Vous savez diriger avec autonomie tous les aspects d’un projet et vous êtes une personne reconnue pour sa nature collaborative et son professionnalisme.


Plus spécifiquement, vos responsabilités inclueront :
  • Agir en tant que point de contact principal au quotidien pour les projets avec les clients, les équipes internes et les autres partenaires de l'agence.
  • Vous maintenir à jour sur le secteur d’activité de vos clients, leurs défis et opportunités
  • Participer à la préparation des briefings et au développement des stratégies de communication
  • Gérer le déroulement des projets et assurer une bonne collaboration entre les personnes de toutes les disciplines (stratégie, création, média, production, etc.)
  • Assurer la supervision de l’avancement des travaux et un suivi des résultats ; assurer la qualité du travail de l’agence à toutes les étapes d’un projet, jusqu’à la livraison finale
  • Gérer les projets, les budgets, les échéanciers avec autonomie
  • Utiliser les outils de gestion interne (assignation des talents, gestion de projets, gestion financière) de façon efficace et avec diligence
  • Soutenir vos collègues moins expérimentés dans l’équipe et les appuyer dans leur développement.

  • Facilité à bâtir des relations de confiance avec des collègues et des clients
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale, autant en français qu’en anglais
  • Compétences démontrées en gestion de projet
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et de la priorisation
  • Sens aigu des affaires
  • Grand sens des responsabilités et un professionnalisme en toutes circonstances
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en agence

Ogilvy is looking for an Account Supervisor

At Ogilvy Montreal, we’re looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Account Team. In this role, you’ll support our clients with their daily communication initiatives, working alongside our strategy, creative and production teams.

You’ll be the point of contact for our clients, being an ambassador not only for their brands but also for our agency. You must be highly reliable, with a strong work ethic and a keen business sense. You can independently manage all aspects of a project. You have strong collaborative skills and professionalism.


More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the main day-to-day point of contact for projects with clients, internal teams and other agency partners
  • Staying up to date with your clients’ industry, their challenges and opportunities
  • Helping to prepare briefings and develop communication strategies
  • Managing project delivery and ensuring effective collaboration between team members across all disciplines (strategy, creative, media, production, etc.)
  • Overseeing the progress of work and monitoring results; ensuring the quality of the agency’s work at every stage of a project, right through to final delivery
  • Managing projects, budgets and timelines independently
  • Using internal management tools (talent allocation, project management, financial management) effectively and diligently
  • Supporting less experienced colleagues in our team and helping them with their development.

What you’ll need:
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in both French and English
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism in all circumstances
  • A minimum of 4 years’ agency experience
