À ce poste, vous serez chargé(e) d'élaborer, de mettre en œuvre et de réviser les procédures connexes, de facturer les comptes, d'interagir avec les clients, de contribuer au maintien de niveaux de profit acceptables et de veiller à ce que les attentes des clients soient satisfaites.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Superviser toutes les opérations comptables, y compris le personnel, les prestataires de services et les systèmes opérationnels.
  • Agir en tant que spécialiste des services sur site ou autre employé opérationnel.
    Gérer les contacts formels avec le client au quotidien.
  • Dispenser des formations sur le flux de travail et le fonctionnement des machines si nécessaire.
  • Garantir l'exactitude des paies en supervisant et en corrigeant toutes les feuilles de présence.
  • Atteindre la rentabilité des équipes dans le domaine du coût des marchandises en supervisant efficacement l'utilisation des matériaux et des fournitures de l'entreprise par les équipes.
  • Garantir la qualité des opérations pour le quart de travail en contribuant à la réalisation des objectifs en matière d'audit et de respect des délais.
  • Respecter les normes de qualité et les délais grâce à une utilisation efficace des pratiques de planification des tâches.
  • Maintenir un flux de travail efficace en tenant les subordonnés directs responsables de la qualité et de l'efficacité de leur travail.
  • Faciliter la résolution des problèmes liés aux prix, aux commandes et à la facturation en interagissant et en communiquant avec le service commercial.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les subordonnés directs atteignent leurs objectifs grâce à l'utilisation d'un plan de développement.

QUALIFICATIONS

ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
  • Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience préalable en supervision/gestion préférable.
  • Connaissance intermédiaire à avancée de Microsoft Office requise.
  • Un certain effort physique est requis, pouvant impliquer de longues périodes debout, de marche, de flexion, d'étirement, d'escalade ou d'activités similaires, ainsi que le soulèvement ou le déplacement d'objets pesant jusqu'à 22 kg.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à développer rapidement des relations professionnelles.
  • Expérience requise dans la définition et la hiérarchisation d'objectifs spécifiques et réalistes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.


Sr On-Site Service Spec �· Formally Site Supervisor

Ricoh is currently looking for a career-oriented individual to help supervise the day-to-day operations of specified 1-3 person site. The Site Supervisor is the point person on site for client issues and contract compliance. In this position you will be responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing related procedures, invoice accounts, interacts with client, assist in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures client expectations are met.

RESPONSIBLILTIES:

  • Supervising all account operations including personnel, service vendors and operational systems
  • Functions as an OnSite Service Specialist or other operations worker
  • Handles formal contact with the client on a daily basis
  • Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary
  • Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time sheets
  • Achieves shift profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively supervising the shift in the use of company materials and supplies
  • Ensures the quality of operations for shift by assisting in the achievement of goals in Audit and deadline compliance
  • Meets quality and deadlines standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices
  • Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work
  • Facilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders and invoicing by interacting and communicating with sales department
  • Ensures all direct reports execute objectives by the use of a developmental plan
  • Maintains positive internal working relationship with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner
  • Completes site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately
  • Possesses ability to manage financial results by interpreting projecting, managing declining balances and reconciling profit and loss statement
  • Responsible for managing P-L
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Required high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 + years of experience in a related field

SKILLS:

  • Prior Supervisory/Management experience preferred
  • Requires intermediate to advance Microsoft Office experience
  • Some physical effort is required which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Requires experience in setting goals be defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
