Responsibilities
- Lead HCM data migration workshops; define scope, deliverables, and quality bars.
- Serve as the functional SME for SuccessFactors Payroll, aligning configuration with business rules.
- Map and validate HR core processes (payroll, benefits, time, org management) with stakeholders.
- Document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment.
- Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles; reconcile results and defects.
- Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll.
- Track issues and decisions; present clear options and risks to project leadership.
- Support test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams.
Requirements
Proven expertise in SAP HCM/ERP with emphasis on HR processes (Payroll, Benefits, Time, Org Management).
Hands‑on functional experience with SuccessFactors Payroll.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through HCM data migration workshops.
Strong understanding of HR process best practices and controls.
Clear, structured communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑Have - Experience coordinating parallel payroll runs and reconciliations.
