Lead a team of Integration Specialists designing Bombardier products. Align priorities with platform teams and suppliers, manage SOW and engineering budget, run governance, and ensure systems for tasks, risks, and mitigations. Mentor staff, deploy lessons learned and best practices, and support production and in-service resolution activities. Communicate with stakeholders and support management decisions.
- Lead a team of Integration Specialists responsible for the design of Bombardier's product portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with internal platform teams, external suppliers, and platform leaders to align priorities and technical decisions.
- Manage the Engineering Statement of Work (SOW).
- Manage the engineering budget and departmental spending.
- Participate in management meetings and organize departmental governance.
- Communicate effectively and support management decisions and organizational messaging.
- Ensure appropriate management systems are in place to organize tasks, priorities, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees through technical and soft skills training.
- Drive the deployment of Lessons Learned and Best Project Practices.
- Support Production and In-Service resolution activities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Aerospace preferred).
- Minimum 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary aerospace engineering projects.
- At least 3 years of supervisory/people management experience.
- Knowledge of aerospace design tools and MRB processes.
- Experience with multidisciplinary aircraft design and manufacturing methods.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Fluent in English and French.
