  • Leading collaborative work sessions, synthesizing output, and presenting confidently internally and externally.
  • Translating data (qualitative and quantitative) into actionable strategies, identifying research gaps.
  • Ensuring internal alignment and rallying stakeholders behind strategic recommendations.
  • Providing strategic leadership, introducing relevant processes, tools, and training.
  • Leading creative brainstorms with stakeholders and clients.
  • Managing the Strategy team: including hiring, onboarding, training, workflow planning, project coordination (including RFPs), and day-to-day management.
  • Maintaining up-to-date proposal templates, asset banks, and a database of proposals and projects.
  • Fostering a positive team culture, providing counsel, and overseeing work quality and client transitions.
  • Sharing learnings, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Guiding decision-making and providing counsel to internal and external stakeholders, including ELT.
  • Promoting innovation by sharing new tools, processes, and industry news.
  • Overseeing timelines and guiding multiple projects and departments.
  • Interpreting RFPs and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Continuously seeking process efficiencies.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of agency/in-house experience in marketing strategy, creative accounts, or influencer marketing (2-3 years specifically in influencer marketing preferred).
  • Experience developing creative strategies for RFPs/pitches and coordinating/ideating strategic campaigns across internal/client/partner teams.
  • 2+ years of team and project management experience.
  • Proven ability to conduct quantitative/qualitative research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies across various digital channels (omnichannel experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation), interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

This role has an annual salary range of $120,000 to $140,000

This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.
