We are seeking a Station Operations Intern. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the Station Manager to enhance day-to-day operations, improve process efficiency, and contribute to the success of the station’s logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze the current operational structure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across teams.
Identify internal bottlenecks and operational challenges through data analysis and employee feedback.
Conduct interviews and surveys to gather insights on team dynamics and organizational needs.
Compare the existing structure with industry best practices and provide concrete improvement recommendations.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organizational effectiveness.
Assess internal workflows and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the automation of administrative tasks using appropriate digital tools.
Prepare reports and collaborate closely with management to track progress, adjust initiatives, and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
Passionate about process improvement and driving efficiency.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset.
A proactive self-starter, able to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated autonomy and the ability to take initiative.
Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken, is an asset.
