We are seeking a Station Operations Intern. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the Station Manager to enhance day-to-day operations, improve process efficiency, and contribute to the success of the station’s logistics operations. 

Responsibilities  

  • Analyze the current operational structure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across teams.  

  • Identify internal bottlenecks and operational challenges through data analysis and employee feedback.  

  • Conduct interviews and surveys to gather insights on team dynamics and organizational needs.  

  • Compare the existing structure with industry best practices and provide concrete improvement recommendations.  

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organizational effectiveness.  

  • Assess internal workflows and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.  

  • Support the automation of administrative tasks using appropriate digital tools.  

  • Prepare reports and collaborate closely with management to track progress, adjust initiatives, and promote continuous improvement.  

 

Qualifications  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.  

  • Passionate about process improvement and driving efficiency.  

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset.  

  • A proactive self-starter, able to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated autonomy and the ability to take initiative.  

  • Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken, is an asset.
