About us

Homera Health has built some of today’s largest and fastest-growing D2C telemedicine brands. As we expand existing and new market operations, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations to join us in building the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.

About the role

We're looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant to support the founders and executive leadership of a fast-growing telemedicine organization. This isn't a role with a defined playbook, it's built for someone who can step into ambiguity, create structure, and become a seamless extension of the executives they support. You'll be embedded in the day-to-day of a fast-moving leadership team, expected to keep them focused, organized, and moving forward.

What you'll do

  • Attend key meetings, capture decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through

  • Manage executive email and communications, drafting responses and prioritizing what matters

  • Anticipate needs before they're voiced, proactively managing schedules, deadlines, and shifting priorities

  • Take full ownership of the calendar, proactively auditing and restructuring the week to ensure time is allocated to top priorities

  • Protect the executive’s time by filtering requests and resolving minor issues independently, ensuring he only focuses on what truly requires his input.

  • Build your own systems and processes to keep executives organized and on track

  • Navigate relationships and internal dynamics with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment

  • Act as a trusted partner and point of contact on behalf of executive leadership

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders or C-suite executives, preferably in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

  • A project management mindset, you track moving pieces, hold timelines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can draft a crisp email or a thoughtful response with minimal direction

  • A natural instinct for organization and prioritization, you bring calm to chaos and always know what needs to happen next

  • High emotional intelligence; you read the room, manage relationships with care, and handle sensitive situations with maturity

  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing, you figure it out and get it done

What’s in it for you?

As a full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Flexible working hours

  • Work wherever you choose.

  • Fun and casual work environment.

  • We are a diverse, global team!
