Job Summary

FreeWheel is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-driven team player to help shape key initiatives and improve operations across the organization. The Business Operation Senior Associate will serve as a key strategic partner and operational leader, responsible for driving critical initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency. This high-visibility role will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including FreeWheel’s senior leadership team, and will report to the Senior Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical and communication skills, and is passionate about driving impact through collaboration and process improvement.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team to support the development, implementation, ongoing tracking and continuous improvement of operating plan goals and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Product Management, Revenue, Communications and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner and operational leader, driving critical initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Support the management of key business metrics and reporting.
  • Shape key initiatives and improve operations across the organization.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Create and deliver internal materials and messaging to educate teams
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
  • Team-player with cross-functional team experience and ability to provide excellent service to internal customers - including sales, finance, services, and operations
  • Proactive critical thinker with ability to independently identify challenges and find solutions
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders while driving internal consensus and alignment towards a common goal

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $95,104.22 - $142,656.34

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
