ABOUT THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Principal, Transformation, the Specialist, Transformation is accountable for the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives from initial assessment and solution design through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role goes beyond project coordination. The successful candidate will take ownership of initiatives, calculate proactively remove roadblocks, challenge the status quo, drive stakeholder accountability, and work hands-on alongside business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.  

 

This role helps translate strategic priorities into practical, well-executed initiatives across the organization.   • Identify and assess major growth and efficiency projects by building business cases and calculating financial impacts. 

  • Manage cross-functional transformation projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. 

  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs, document requirements, and translate priorities into actionable project plans. 

  • Structure initiatives by defining scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance steps, and success measures. 

  • Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders, ensuring commitments are delivered and obstacles are proactively addressed. 

  • Own and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery commitments, driving resolution and escalation as needed. 

  • Prepare clear project documentation, status updates, decision materials, executive summaries, and follow-up materials. 

  • Support initiatives related to automation, AI adoption, workflow optimization, operating model evolution, and operational efficiency. 

  • Contribute to portfolio visibility and prioritization by maintaining a clear view of project status, impact, resource needs, and dependencies. 

 

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 

  • Experience driving projects or transformation initiatives in dynamic and growing environments. 

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders. 

  • Strong capacity to bring clarity to ambiguity—structuring problems, prioritizing effectively, and advancing initiatives with autonomy and sound judgment. 

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, organization, and execution skills. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, synthesize complex information, and produce clear, executive-ready materials. 

  • Interest or experience in automation, AI, and evolving operating models to drive efficiency and impact.
