Your role as Specialist, Operations

Reporting to the Manager, Operations within our Primary Care Operations,  the mission of the Specialist, Operations is to continuously improve Dialogue’s Primary Care Program by supporting the development of its key growth and member experience initiatives as well as lead the implementation  and analysis of various continuous improvement initiatives to improve the operational efficiency of Dialogue’s operations as well as provider experience.


What you'll be doing

  • Support priority strategic initiatives, providing analysis, synthesis, and execution support to drive impact across our Operations
  • Identify and lead implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiency, member experience and provider experience 
  • Lead and provide financial/operational/data analyses to support strategic direction and evaluation
  • Provide operational advisory in the development and prioritization of new and  improved processes across our Medical Programs, driving data driven decisions and continuous improvement
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and monitor and support Primary Care responses across internal channels to support cross-functional rocks and discovery 
  • Become a subject-matter expert for Medical Operations

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Based in Montreal or Toronto and bilingual (English and French)
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational role or corporate strategy/consulting role 
    • Experience in the healthcare industry, in a startup environment  and in customer experience is an asset
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any other relevant field 
  • Strong project and operational management capability, able to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea through to execution
  • Experience with data analysis, business case creation and costing analysis 
  • Interest in people management and in managing large cross-functional teams
  • Ability to bring clear strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to the operational level in a proactive and collaborative way
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Required to be in the office at least 3 days a week
