CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Contribute to development and deployment of the Advisory Services strategy by supporting the development and maintenance of a clear expertise vision and strategy.

  • Develop a roadmap that assesses and recommends the renewal, adjustment, launch and/or withdrawal of CoEs. This includes the definition of CoE goals and objectives, a definition of evolution milestones, timelines and KPIs and required resources (human, financial or technological).

  • Communicate the expertise vision, roadmap and rationale for changes to stakeholders, including delivery, business development, operations, marketing, partnerships, and other relevant parties and develop relationships to ensure adoption.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all Advisory Services offerings are well designed and integrate into Advisory Services’ broader portfolio of expertise.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for joint expertise development across Centres of Expertise, in close collaboration with Centre of Expertise leadership.

  • Develop a framework for and implement the analysis of Centre of Expertise performance against KPIs, and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and facilitate presentations and reports at the executive level that allow clear communication with all stakeholders.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and translating them into Advisory offering requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with Advisory Services industry trends and best practices, including emerging topics, delivery models and tools (e.g. AI, virtual delivery models, etc.).
