Rejoignez une équipe où la santé, la sécurité et l’environnement sont au cœur de chaque projet. En tant que Spécialiste HSE Chantier, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’intégration des meilleures pratiques HSE à toutes les étapes d’exécution des projets.

Dans ce rôle dynamique sur site, vous agirez comme point de contact principal pour toutes les questions HSE, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de projet, les clients et les sous-traitants. Vous contribuerez activement à promouvoir une culture de sécurité proactive et à assurer le respect des normes réglementaires et organisationnelles.

C’est une occasion unique d’avoir un impact concret : protéger les équipes, améliorer la performance et soutenir la réalisation de projets complexes, notamment dans des environnements à haute tension. Votre impact

  • Soutenir la préparation des plans HSE de chantier
  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les enjeux HSE
  • Suivre et rapporter les indicateurs de performance HSE
  • Assurer la planification sécuritaire des activités de chantier

  • Analyser les tendances et recommander des mesures préventives

Votre profil

  • Certification CNESST (CoSS) pour les chantiers de construction
  • Diplôme en SST ou certification professionnelle (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais
  • Expérience en HSE sur des projets complexes
  • Formation en enquête d’incidents
  • Connaissance en sécurité électrique (haute tension)

Job Title: Site HSE Specialist

In this dynamic, site-based role, you will act as the main point of contact for all HSE-related matters, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. You will help foster a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

How you'll make an impact

  • Support the development of Site HSE Plans
  • Act as the primary HSE point of contact on site
  • Monitor and report HSE KPIs and performance
  • Ensure safe planning and execution of site activities
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures
  • Conduct inspections and engage in safety discussions

Your background

  • CNESST certification (CoSS) for construction sites
  • OHS diploma or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Experience in HSE on complex projects
  • Incident investigation training
  • Knowledge of electrical safety in high-voltage environments
