En tant que spécialiste des TI/TO de l’usine à Hitachi Energy à Varennes, vous fournirez du soutien sur place pour les actifs de TI/TO détenus et gérés par l’usine. Vous soutiendrez l’équipement de TI et de TO de bureau et d’atelier qui n’est pas pris en charge par les techniciens mondiaux de la SSO, y compris les kiosques, les imprimantes, les salles de conférence et Teams, les machines des fournisseurs, les systèmes de télévision en circuit fermé et de sécurité, les systèmes d’écussons et les scanneurs de matériel MES. Vous effectuerez également des activités opérationnelles de cybersécurité des TI/TO, y compris des tâches de première intervention, l’identification des actifs essentiels, l’installation et la configuration des correctifs de sécurité, le signalement des comportements anormaux des systèmes de TO et de l’ingénieur de procédés de l’usine.   • Exécuter les activités opérationnelles de cybersécurité des TI et des TO et les tâches de première intervention, y compris enquêter sur les incidents et collaborer avec les équipes de cybersécurité sur le confinement et la correction.
  • Déterminer les actifs essentiels de l’usine qui doivent être surveillés et protégés.
  • Installer et configurer des correctifs de sécurité sur les actifs essentiels, avec une aide supplémentaire au besoin.

Votre parcours

  • Le candidat doit déjà avoir une autorisation de travail qui lui permettrait de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.
  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou un baccalauréat (BAC) en technologie de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Deux années d’expérience professionnelle en soutien informatique.
  • Expérience avec ServiceNow IT Enterprise Platform, Microsoft Office 365, Windows, iOS et les outils de gestion des actifs; certification ITIL 4 et Lean Six Sigma, un atout.
  • Approche proactive et axée sur les solutions, et capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
  • Communication fréquente avec les partenaires internes et externes, les clients et les intervenants situés à l’extérieur du Québec. The Opportunity

 

As a Factory IT/OT Specialist at Hitachi Energy’s Varennes location, you will provide onsite support for factory-owned and managed IT/OT assets. You will support office IT and shop floor IT/OT equipment that is not supported by Global OSS technicians, including kiosks, printers, conference and Teams rooms, vendor machines, CCTV and security systems, badging systems, and MES hardware scanners. You will also perform IT/OT cybersecurity operational activities, including first-response tasks, identifying critical assets, installing and configuring security patches, reporting abnormal OT system behaviour, and implementing security measures under the guidance of global cybersecurity teams and the factory process engineer. You will work with vendors to help ensure security patches and OT systems are properly configured and maintained.


How You'll Make an Impact

 

  • Provide desk-side support to end users, IT equipment, meeting-room software, and technology in shared collaboration areas.
  • Provide onsite computer support for factory-owned or managed IT/OT assets.
  • Support office IT and shop floor IT/OT assets not supported by Global OSS technicians, including kiosks, printers, Teams rooms, vendor machines, CCTV and security systems, badging systems, and MES hardware scanners.
  • Perform IT/OT cybersecurity operational activities and first-response tasks, including investigating incidents and working with cybersecurity teams on containment and remediation.
  • Identify critical factory assets that require monitoring and protection.
  • Install and configure security patches on critical assets, with additional assistance when required.
  • Report abnormal OT system behaviour and raise alerts to incident response teams when security events are detected.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain OT systems and implement security measures for business-managed assets.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

 

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
  • Completed a College Diploma (DEC) or a Bachelor’s Degree (BAC) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Two years of professional experience in IT support.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Enterprise Platform, Microsoft Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools; ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • Frequent communication with internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders located outside Quebec. Knowledge of English, in addition to French, is required to fulfill the operational requirements of the role and ensure effective collaboration and client service.
