Nous cherchons un Souscripteur, Transport et auto spécialisée pour notre équipe des Solutions spécialisées!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

Analyser les demandes de soumissions, de renouvellements et de modifications, et recommander des solutions.

Prendre des décisions d’affaires judicieuses qui contribuent à une croissance rentable et négocier les conditions avec les courtiers
-
Placer le client au cœur de l’ensemble de vos activités, qu’il s’agisse de renseigner le courtier ou de trouver des solutions innovantes.

Créer des relations d’affaires de confiance avec les courtiers, adapter votre approche et saisir les occasions de vente
-
Participer aux visites des courtiers et aux événements de l'industrie.

Contribuer à la croissance du département et faire des recommandations pour l'amélioration des processus.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
-
Au moins 2 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en assurance automobile commerciale
-
Avoir un diplôme universitaire ou DEC/AEC en assurance de dommages (un atout)
-
Détenir le titre de PAA ou de FPAA est considéré comme un atout
-
Analytique, motivé et s'efforcer de livrer à un niveau élevé
-
Initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression
-
Bon joueur d'équipe, avec des compétences exceptionnelles en collaboration et en communication
-
Capacité à développer et à maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les courtiers
-
Rester au courant des tendances commerciales ou d'autres développements ayant un impact sur notre industrie
-
Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
