About the RoleWe are looking for a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our commercial fleet operations customers. You are crucial to the success of our customers and will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of our products and driving adoption of our platform, ultimately responsible for understanding our customer’s needs and delivering an excellent experience. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a successful track record of managing and growing customers, delivering technical solutions, and driving customer success. You must understand the motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes for your portfolio of customers.
In this role, you will:Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives.
Design and demo tailored environments that align with each customer’s industry and line of business—bringing their use cases to life. You’ll build dynamic proof-of-concepts using Boon AI’s powerful tools, scripts, and code to showcase real-world impact.
Capture and synthesize customer feedback to inform product planning, highlighting technical needs and common themes. Present solution architecture to both customers and internal engineering to align on technical direction.

3+ years experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar role, preferably working with a technical enterprise product.
Experience working with customers with multiple stakeholders, and managing success programs.
Ability to design and develop technical prototypes to validate concepts, demonstrate feasibility, and accelerate product development.
Proficiency in scripting and/or coding projects, particularly around AI concepts.
Ability to configure, monitor and maintain API based integrations
Experience partnering with Account Executives to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers
A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections

A Boon employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company.
