  • Research, assess, and experiment with emerging technologies, tools, design patterns, and market capabilities, including Proofs of Concept, and make recommendations based on benefits, risks, costs, and fit with PSP’s technology landscape

  • Ensure solution designs comply with PSP’s SDLC, architecture standards, security requirements, data governance practices, operational support expectations, solution review processes, and applicable controls

  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering web applications, APIs, integrations, cloud-native solutions, and data platforms, including Snowflake or comparable cloud data technologies

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, architecture principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle

  • Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and supportable technology solutions

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI and agentic AI tools, to enhance software development, solution design, automation, productivity, and quality outcomes
