Summer internship supporting Private Markets investment teams (Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit). Duties include financial modeling, due diligence, industry and company research, preparing investment memoranda, presenting recommendations, and participating in portfolio monitoring and asset management tasks.

Provide transactional and strategic legal support on complex global investments (M&A, reorganizations, asset sales, joint ventures, fund and infrastructure investments).
