Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own end-to-end solution architecture across TDI ecosystem (channels, Guidewire, integrations, vendor system, downstream systems) 

  • Design scalable solutions across Guidewire ClaimCenter and GWCP aligned with business outcomes 

  • Define and govern integration architecture (APIs, event-driven patterns, messaging) across enterprise and vendor ecosystems 

  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, data models, and solution patterns
    Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technical oversight

  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions 

  • Drive POCs, innovation, and adoption of cloud and modern capabilities (AI, automation, digital channels)

  

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Guidewire (ClaimCenter) and GWCP implementations

  • Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud capabilities (Integration Gateway, App Events, Claims AutoPilot)

  • Solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, preferably in Claims domain

  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale programs
    Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (API, event-driven, messaging)

  • Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD)

  • Proven experience in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership
