This is a remote position.

The Part-Time Social Media Marketer will be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role involves creating and posting engaging content, editing videos, and developing a strategic content calendar to build our social media presence and attract new leads.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation & Posting:


   - Develop and post high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.


   - Edit videos and create clips that are engaging and suitable for each platform.


   - Ensure all content is optimized for each platform’s best practices and algorithms.


2. Content Calendar Management:


   - Curate and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.


   - Plan content around key dates, events, and campaigns to maximize engagement and reach.


   - Monitor and adjust the content calendar based on performance analytics and feedback.


3. Social Media Management:


   - Manage and grow our social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.


   - Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.


   - Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement best practices to enhance our online presence.


4. Analytics & Reporting:


   - Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.


   - Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


5. Lead Generation:


   - Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert leads through social media channels.


   - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.


- Strong video editing skills and experience creating engaging clips.


- Proficient in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and related tools.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.


- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.


- Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
