Hi, I’m Bianca DiPietro, Marketing Design Manager at Jane. I’ve been at Jane for almost two years, and I lead the Marketing Design team that partners closely with Marketing to shape how Jane shows up in the world. Our work helps tell the story of Jane to a global audience, creating thoughtful, visually engaging experiences that connect meaningfully with the customers we serve and support our mission to help the helpers.
Before Jane, and alongside my work here, I also teach as an Instructor at the University of Toronto, which keeps me curious, grounded, and constantly learning.
We’re hiring a Senior Web Designer to join our Marketing Design team and report directly to me. This is a hands-on, highly strategic individual contributor role for someone who deeply cares about craft, clarity, and systems-level thinking. You’ll help lead the design execution behind Jane’s next-generation web experience, partnering closely with engineering and marketing to build a modern, flexible, and high-performing web platform. This role is exciting because it sits at the intersection of brand, UX, and technology, and plays a critical role in shaping a future-proof foundation for how Jane shows up online.
I’m excited to work with someone who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and building things that last—someone who’s thoughtful in their approach, generous in collaboration, and energized by solving complex problems with others. If you’re excited about shaping meaningful work, learning as you go, and helping raise the bar for how Jane shows up online, I’d love to hear from you.
What Impact We’re Looking for You to MakeThis role has a rare opportunity to shape that foundation early—setting design patterns, systems, and standards that will influence how work gets done across the company and how customers experience Jane online. You won’t just be refining individual pages; you’ll help define how design, content, and technology come together at scale, balancing immediate impact with long-term clarity and sustainability.
Raise the bar for Jane’s web experience by delivering accessible, performant, and beautifully crafted UX and UI that feels thoughtful and intentional at every touchpoint.
Lead the evolution of Jane’s marketing website design system, creating scalable components and patterns that support a new CMS and long-term growth.
Translate Jane’s refreshed brand into a cohesive, expressive, and usable web experience across thousands of pages, components, and use cases.
Drive large-scale website redesign work with care and pragmatism, balancing quick wins with foundational improvements that reduce future complexity and rework.
Owns web design outcomes in close partnership with engineering and web marketing, helping define standards teams can confidently build against.
Collaborate deeply and communicate clearly with partners across Web Marketing, Brand, Content, Growth, Product Design, and Engineering to align design intent with technical execution and shared outcomes.
8+ years of experience in web, product, or systems design, with SaaS experience strongly preferred, and a strong understanding of how responsive, mobile, and desktop experiences work together as a cohesive system;
Proven experience leading large-scale website redesigns or platform transitions, including working through legacy systems, tech debt, and phased rollouts.
Deep expertise in design systems, component libraries, and CMS-driven, component-based web experiences, with advanced proficiency in Figma.
Strong UX foundations paired with polished visual and interaction design, including a solid working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality, real-world web work at scale, demonstrating strong visual craft, UX judgment, and measurable impact.
If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.
More About JaneJane is a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company born in North Vancouver, British Columbia. We’re now a team of more than 700 people working remotely across Canada, the US, and the UK, united by our mission to help the helpers.
We build the products and tools that thousands of clinics rely on every day to run their businesses, care for their patients, and grow their communities. That level of impact means every person at Jane plays an important role in how we show up for our customers. We’re all responsible for being deeply connected to their needs, obsessed with improving their experience, and proud of the difference our work makes in their day-to-day lives.
Jane is growing fast, and that growth brings exciting challenges that call for adaptability, resilience, learning agility, and humility. We’re proud of what we’ve built and quick to admit what we don’t know yet. We listen, learn, and adjust as we go.
We’re also embracing the possibilities of AI, using it to work smarter, improve our systems, and create even better experiences for our customers and our team.
Our goal isn’t just delivery, it’s delight. We move quickly, communicate openly, and solve real problems together. If you’re energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and eager to learn with others, you’ll thrive at Jane.
Compensation & BenefitsAt Jane, we’re committed to paying fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth. This role has an annual salary range of $100,000 to $156,300. While that is a large range, it is intentional. It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence.
Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $118,800. A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills. Salaries above this usually apply to existing team members who have made a significant impact and bring deep Jane-specific knowledge.
We believe in paying for growth. You’ll have regular career development conversations with your manager, and your compensation will grow as you gain experience and contribute meaningfully to our mission.
Paying clearly is one of our compensation fundamentals. Watch this short video to learn how our salary bands are set. You’re also encouraged to ask questions about compensation at any point during the interview process.
