At Coveo, meticulous talent selection is central to our strategy, and our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for it. In this role, you’ll work with our sales leaders across Canada, the US, Europe and Australia and help them build the high-performance teams that drive Coveo’s success.

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our Sales department (enterprise sales, partnerships & alliances, solution engineering, etc.).
  • Developing deep, trusting partnerships with hiring managers and contributing to their talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
  • Ensuring an impeccable candidate experience, all the way from crafting inclusive job descriptions for diverse markets across NA, Europe, and Australia to designing recruitment processes that are fair and consistent across the prospecting and interviewing stages. All while also being responsible to coordinate and document on a regular basis in our ATS and other systems.
  • Participating in relevant events to attract talent, some of which may occur in the evening or on weekends.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement projects, developing talent attraction campaigns, and supporting interviewers and managers with best practices.

For the role, your ideal qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales teams.You are able to speak the jargon of the sales world, understand how they measure performance, and what drives their motivation. 
  • Strong business acumen: You can understand the challenges of the industry, and learn quickly about Coveo’s competitive landscape. Show us that you’re able to think critically and ask the right questions. 
  • Resilience, consistency, and creativity: finding the right candidates does not happen overnight!
  • You speak perfect French and English to interact with our salesforce, mainly located in the US. 

Here are additional factors that will also make us consider your application:

  • Previous experience in sales and exposure to software-as-a-service companies
  • Experience recruiting senior sales profiles.
  • You excel in developing strong relationships with Executives to answer their talent needs. 
  • Excellent communication skills : you like to interact with profiles from various horizons.
