About us

Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions to industry leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses to distributors, retailers, and 3PLs. We work with industry leaders to transform their supply chains through technology. If you thrive on tackling interesting challenges with continuous learning opportunities then Tecsys could be a good fit for you!

About the role

Tecsys is looking for a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. As a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire talent across Tecsys. You partner closely with leaders and Senior HRBPs to understand business priorities—looking beyond initial requests to gain clarity on role expectations, context, and risks—and translate that insight into thoughtful, forward‑looking hiring strategies that strengthen our teams and support our growth.

This role goes beyond execution. At a senior level, you bring curiosity, strong judgment, and a solution‑oriented, consultative mindset to your work. You build strong, targeted talent pipelines grounded in a deep understanding of business needs and market realities. You ask meaningful follow‑up questions, connect the dots across conversations and data, and raise flags early when something doesn’t add up. You leverage data and AI‑enabled tools to enhance how we hire, operate with structure, take full ownership of the end‑to‑end process, and influence hiring decisions to ensure we bring in talent that will have a meaningful and lasting impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders and Senior HRBPs to understand current and future talent needs, bringing a business-minded perspective and insight on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and building high-quality pipelines
  • Leverage modern sourcing approaches, including AI-enabled tools and data insights, to identify, engage, and assess talent more effectively
  • Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, events, etc.)
  • Assess candidates through structured, behavioral-based interviews, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and our values
  • Coach and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, strengthening their capability in interviewing, decision-making, and delivering a strong candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using sound judgment to guide hiring decisions and ensure quality and consistency
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience with a customer-focused mindset
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, using insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes
  • Leverage and optimize HCM and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) to drive efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless hiring process
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives, including continuous improvement and responsible adoption of new tools and technologies

RequirementsQualifications
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within technology or high-growth environments
  • Strong track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles, with a proactive, talent-first mindset
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset; you seek to understand, challenge, and improve how we hire
  • Strong experience with HCM systems and recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms), with the ability to leverage them effectively for reporting, pipeline management, and process optimization
  • Comfort using data and AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and decision-making
  • Change agility and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and HR partners
  • Business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies
  • Sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure and rigor to the recruitment process while managing multiple priorities
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required .
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for effective correspondence with customers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.

At Tecsys, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. We believe that diversity drives innovation and strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional solutions. We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to join our team.

Tecsys is an equal opportunity employer. Accommodation is available for applicants selected for an interview.

NB: if you are applying to this position, you must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada, OR, have a valid Canadian work permit.

A Note on Our Hiring Process: We do not use AI to automatically screen or reject candidates. However, we do use specific screening questions to prioritize the most relevant applications for human review.
At Tecsys, we welcome the thoughtful use of AI tools to help you prepare your application, for example, to improve clarity, organize your resume, or practice interview responses. However, we ask that all information you provide reflects your real experience, and that any assessments or written submissions represent your own work and thinking.

During interviews, we expect candidates to engage without the use of AI tools, scripts, or real-time assistance. Authentic, direct conversation helps us get to know how you think, collaborate, and communicate. AI can support your preparation, but it shouldn’t speak or act on your behalf. We genuinely want to meet you.
