At Innocap, we’re building what’s next for the investment industry — and we’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing / Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Marketing Lead who wants to do the same.

This role will lead Innocap’s GTM marketing initiatives with a clear objective: drive global awareness of Innocap among institutional allocators and position us as the leading Dedicated Managed Account (DMA) platform. The focus is on education - helping allocators truly understand DMAs, their benefits, and why Innocap is uniquely positioned to deliver them.

As GTM Marketing Lead, you will design and deliver a scalable allocator education engine across content, industry events, and proprietary forums. In this role, you will work in partnership with Business Development to deliver the strategy, programs and assets that support them.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who wants ownership, trust, and the opportunity to shape how a global, institutional audience understands a fast‑growing investment model.

Responsibilities:

Go‑To‑Market strategy & ownership

  • Own and execute Innocap’s GTM marketing strategy aligned with commercial priorities
  • Translate Business Development objectives into integrated GTM marketing initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline

Allocator education

  • Build and scale a structured allocator education engine, including proprietary in‑person and virtual events (roundtables, forums, webinars)
  • Create engaging educational experiences that position Innocap as a trusted authority on DMAs

Events & industry presence

  • Lead Innocap’s industry event and conference strategy, including sponsorship selection and securing allocator‑focused speaking opportunities
  • Partner closely with Business Development to ensure targeted, high‑value presence at key allocator forums

Content & thought leadership

  • Lead the creation of allocator‑focused educational content, including white papers, DMA guides, case studies, and third‑party endorsed content
  • Ensure content supports different stages of allocator awareness and lead generation

Commercial enablement & collaboration

  • Act as the GTM marketing enabler for Business Development, delivering content and campaigns aligned to sales needs
  • Enable senior leaders with clear narratives, thought leadership positioning, and event

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing within asset management or alternatives
  • Strong track record delivering thought leadership and education‑led marketing for senior institutional audiences such as CIO, Head of Alternatives, Head of Portfolio Management, Head of Investment
  • Experience leading events, sponsorships and speaking programs as part of a GTM strategy
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to partner closely with Business Development and senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex concepts and create trust through clarity
  • Self‑starter mentality: comfortable with autonomy, ownership, and building new programs from the ground up
