ABOUT THE ROLE

At Innocap, we’re building what’s next for the investment industry.  We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive global awareness of Innocap among institutional allocators and support our position as the leading Dedicated Managed Account (DMA) platform.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing & Communications, this role will focus on educating allocators around DMAs, their benefits, and why Innocap is uniquely positioned to deliver them.

This is a hands-on client marketing role for someone who enjoys working across multiple initiatives — from developing educational content and supporting client-facing events to coordinating campaigns. This role will also contribute to broader marketing activities as needed, supporting campaigns, projects and other team initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to move work forward across multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Your responsibilities include:

Content

  • Develop and manage content for allocators, including articles, invitations, video scripts, case studies and email campaigns.

  • Manage content development from briefing and drafting through review, approval and publication ensuring all materials are consistent and aligned with Innocap’s messaging, tone of voice and brand standards.

Events

  • Coordinate and support Innocap’s presence at industry events, conferences, sponsorships and proprietary client forums, including event messaging, invitations, agendas, speaker preparation, presentation materials and follow-up communications.

Metrics and measurement

  • Track, report and share insights on marketing activity, campaign performance and engagement to help improve future planning, execution and impact.

Broader marketing support

  • Support other marketing activities and team priorities as needed, bringing flexibility and a collaborative approach to emerging initiatives.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Significant experience in B2B marketing, typically gained through approximately 7+ years in marketing, communications, content, or related roles.

  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or another complex B2B environment is an asset.

  • Demonstrated experience developing content, client communications or campaign materials for sophisticated audiences.

  • Experience supporting client events, industry conferences, webinars or proprietary forums, including event communications and post-event follow-up.

  • Ability to understand commercial priorities and partner closely with Business Development, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, contributors and approval processes.

  • Strong attention to detail across copy, formatting, messaging and final delivery.
