Job DescriptionAs a Senior Software Developer in Test on our Quality Team, you’ll help shape the future of testing by building AI testing framework, innovative tools and automated workflows to improve software quality across our R&D organization. In this role, you’ll also develop automation pipelines, work with AI tools like Cursor and ChatGPT to enhance test coverage and reliability, and contribute to initiatives such as self-healing tests, test flakiness detection, and quality monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement tools and testing framework to automate quality assurance practices across the R&D organization.
Architect and integrate AI-powered solutions to improve testing efficiency, detect flaky tests, and identify redundant or low-value test cases.
Lead and collaborate on pipeline automation projects that enforce quality standards and improve CI/CD reliability using Azure DevOps.
Build workflows and monitoring tools to provide continuous feedback on test failures, user story quality, and bug resolution.
Participate in test infrastructure improvements such as self-healing tests and intelligent test selection.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed QA best practices into their development workflows.
Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in identifying areas of improvement and driving experiments to validate new approaches.

You have the following background, although we also recognize that talent comes in many forms:
Demonstrated expertise in software quality, testing automation, and tooling development.
Practical experience in applying AI tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world development and testing challenges.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, specially building and managing Azure DevOps pipelines.
Proficiency with JavaScript-based test frameworks (e.g., Cypress) and experience with Selenium or similar.
Programming knowledge in C# and/or Angular.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude toward learning and experimenting.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
