Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer - Front-End to join our team. In this role, you will assist and participate in the development and improvement of our software platforms. You will work closely with various software development squads and stakeholders, contributing to enhancing system functionality and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about software development who is eager to make a significant impact.Detailed Role OverviewAs a Senior Software Developer - Front-End, you will take a leadership role in building a cutting-edge web portal using React and other modern web technologies. You will collaborate with multiple teams and implement features that streamline the operations of Intelcom. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions that ensure the platform's scalability and efficiency.Responsibilities- Lead the development and architecture.
- Ensure seamless integration with internal systems and workflows.
- Write and maintain high-quality code using modern web technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Drive system design initiatives to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones on time.
- Other duties as assigned related to front-end development and team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Expertise in React and modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong skills in system design, creating responsive web designs, and scalable architecture.
- Experience integrating front-end code with back-end services and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver on time.
