Responsibilities
- Oversee and review all scripts and provide constructive feedback where necessary
- Support writers to improve structure, pacing, clarity of scripts
- Identify areas to improve writing processes and create more efficient workflows
- Contributes to high-quality scripts when needed
- Reviews and selects upcoming video topics
Personality
- You love storytelling and have strong editorial skills. You have a passion for elevating content quality through clear, structured, and engaging writing
- Enjoys coaching and mentoring others - motivated by helping others improve and grow
- You're a team player who collaborates effectively and thrives in team settings
- You're engaged with consumer electronics and helping audiences understand them
Qualification/Experience
- 3+ years of experience writing or editing scripts, ideally for YouTube, in tech, product reviews, or educational content
- Deep understanding of YouTube formats and pacing, knows how to keep viewers engaged
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong editorial skills and has experience providing constructive feedback to refine tone, flow, and clarity
Nice To Have:
- Experience working with large YouTube channels
- Experience with data-driven content strategies
- Hands-on video production experience
