Position overview

We’re looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist to act as the primary operational owner for our Sales and Partner Success (Customer Success) teams.

You’ll own the operational health, analytics, and process optimization for these two GTM functions, ensuring accurate forecasting, clean data, and streamlined workflows. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership, and collaborate daily with our RevOps team to enable predictable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and maintain Sales and CS pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and proper deal stages.

  • Update and validate performance inputs weekly to ensure leadership has trustworthy metrics.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene in close collaboration with our Systems & Automation RevOps Specialist to optimize processes and strengthen the GTM tech infrastructure.

  • Set up and maintain analytics dashboards to track performance metrics for Sales and Customer Success.

  • Measure and report on critical KPIs, including pipeline coverage, win rates, upsell cycles, retention, and expansion.

  • Partner with our Analyst on revenue performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.

  • Deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for Sales and CS leadership.

  • Work with Marketing Ops to align campaigns with Sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff.

  • Partner with Customer Success to track retention, expansion, and upsell performance.

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales Enablement to align GTM motions for new releases or changes impacting GTM teams.

  • Identify and implement improvements to increase sales productivity and efficiency.

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new Sales team members, including sales tools and process best practices.

  • Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support sales forecasting.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and processes in partnership with GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Customer Success Operations.

  • HubSpot experience is mandatory, including data management, automation workflows, and reporting.

  • Proven ability to optimize CRM processes, forecasting workflows, and sales methodologies.

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.

  • Adaptability, comfortable shifting priorities and learning new technologies quickly.

  • Attention to detail, ensures accuracy and consistency in all data and reporting.

  • Team player, collaborates effectively with GTM teams, RevOps peers, and cross-functional partners.

  • Strong analytical skills, able to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
