- Support and/or drive organizational change initiatives needed to meet market and industry needs (ways of working, tooling, governance)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across the program
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, quality standards, and security requirements
The skills you will bring:
- Solid experience managing large software development programs (typically >50 people across multiple teams or ARTs)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software development programs on time, in scope, and with high quality
- Demonstrated Agile ways of working experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with practical application at program or ART level
- Strong skills in program governance: planning, risk and issue management, dependency management, and change control
- Experience with continuous delivery / DevOps practices and metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Product, R&D, and business functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex, fast-changing environments
- Proficiency with common Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have (can be learned in the role)
- Experience in telecommunications, networks, or product development in a complex technical domain
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) at ART or Solution level (certification is an asset but not required)
- Experience working in a global matrix organization with distributed teams
- Knowledge of Ericsson products, platforms, or internal processes (can be developed on the job)
