DevOps intern supporting Ericsson’s cloud-based telecom network automation products. Responsibilities include developing with Go, Python, and Bash; operating GitLab CI/CD pipelines; automating Kubernetes and Helm deployments; troubleshooting incidents; contributing to monitoring and observability; documenting runbooks; and improving platform reliability. The role is hands-on and learning-focused, with mentorship from experienced engineers.

Supports DevOps engineering for cloud and 5G telecom solutions. Responsibilities include automating build, testing, and deployment workflows with GitLab CI; deploying applications using Kubernetes and Helm; improving monitoring, logging, and alerting; and maintaining Terraform-based cloud infrastructure. The intern participates in stand-ups, code reviews, troubleshooting, and collaborative projects under senior engineer mentorship.

Troubleshoot customer cloud and infrastructure issues while operating Ericsson Cloud platforms on Linux and OpenStack. Manage Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, hyperscale hardware, storage, data center networks, load balancers, and firewalls. Automate deployments using Bash, Python, and Ansible, participate in 24/7 on-call support, visit customer sites as needed, and mentor team members.

Designs, implements, and governs secure, scalable hybrid cloud architectures primarily on AWS. Responsibilities include landing zones, multi-account networking, infrastructure as code, cloud cost optimization, automation, Kubernetes platforms, GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, Linux administration, IAM, backup and patching, and monitoring. The role also involves leading architecture initiatives, establishing cloud best practices, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and integrating AI-driven approaches.
