Since launching in 2019, CapIntel has been on a mission to provide magical financial moments for all: investors, wealth professionals, and our customers.

Our innovative proposal generation platform transforms how financial professionals compare, discuss, and present investment options, empowering clients to make informed decisions. We pride ourselves on revolutionizing an outdated process with a product that's adopted 4x more than previous solutions. One executive called CapIntel "the most intuitive platform I’ve used in almost 20 years in financial services.”

As one of Canada's fastest-growing wealthtech companies, CapIntel is expanding at an unprecedented pace. Our relentless commitment to innovation drives us to build a dynamic team, strengthening our ability to impact the wealth industry landscape in 2025 and beyond.

About the Role

CapIntel is transforming how financial professionals deliver advice and build trust with their clients. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a critical product area, helping to shape the future of our platform. You’ll balance strategic thinking with execution, driving features from concept to launch while championing customer needs and market opportunities. This is a high-impact role that requires strong product instincts, leadership, and a drive to bring thoughtful, industry-defining solutions to market.

What You’ll Do
  • Own product strategy for a critical area of CapIntel’s platform — aligning vision, roadmap, and priorities with company goals and client outcomes.
  • Lead discovery and research to understand the needs of financial advisors and enterprise stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative methods, surfacing insights that shape product-market fit.
  • Translate strategy into execution by writing clear, actionable requirements for engineering and design teams, managing delivery timelines, scope, and technical trade-offs.
  • Drive cross-functional launches in partnership with marketing, customer success, and sales — including go-to-market planning, enablement, and post-launch iteration based on adoption and feedback.
  • Enable alignment across teams by facilitating communication, managing dependencies, and reporting on progress and blockers to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coach and mentor junior PMs to elevate product thinking, execution, and cross-functional collaboration within the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Product leadership at scale: Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment, ideally with complex infrastructure or platform considerations.
  • Customer-obsessed and research-driven: Skilled at identifying user needs through research and translating insights into strategy and product direction.
  • Strong technical collaboration: Experienced working with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality features in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic communicator: Comfortable managing cross-functional stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving clarity through ambiguity.
  • Metrics-minded operator: Able to define success criteria, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Bonus Experience
  • Background in engineering or a technical discipline, with the ability to understand infrastructure and system-level tradeoffs.
  • Experience mentoring product managers or helping shape team culture and practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar.
The Interview Process
  • Round 1: 30-minute video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Round 2: 45-minute video interview with the Director, Product Management
  • Round 3: Two (2) 45-minute video interviews; one with a member of the Engineering team and one with a member of the Design team
  • Round 4: 45-minute video interview with the VP, Product
  • Round 5: Take home case study followed by a 60-minute presentation to a panel of cross-functional stakeholders
