As a Senior Product Manager in the Knowledge team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of our product line, which powers AI-driven experiences across service, workplace, and website use cases in complex, highly integrated enterprise environments.
You’ll define what we build, why it matters, and how we get it into the hands of users. This role is about more than managing a backlog, it’s about driving product strategy, deeply understanding user needs, and collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders across development, product marketing, enablement, customer experience, and fellow product managers to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Here is what you’ll be responsible for:- Define and evolve the roadmap for our knowledge management solutions, balancing a bold long-term vision with near-term delivery priorities.
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and technical direction.
- Collaborate closely with other PMs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a natural instinct to move initiatives forward.
- Take full ownership of collaboration with development teams, proactively driving clarity, alignment, and momentum through the development lifecycle.
- Partner closely with product marketing, enablement, and customer success teams to support successful launches and drive user adoption.
- Communicate product priorities clearly to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
- Contribute to cross-product alignment across the Coveo ecosystem to ensure a cohesive and high-value experience for users.
- Share your experience, best practices, and fresh ideas with the broader product team, helping to raise the bar and mentor others.
- 5+ years of full-stack product management experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise software in large, structured product teams, including close collaboration with design teams.
- Strong ability to define and translate complex technical features into meaningful business value and tangible user impact through clear product strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills paired with a collaborative, hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly evolving contexts.
- A passion for AI and knowledge management technologies, backed by a history of product innovation.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments and delivering in-product integrations or embedded experiences within platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and others.
- An entrepreneurial, creative mindset with a “get things done” attitude and a bias for action.
