Are you a Product Manager who thrives on bold experimentation, data-driven decisions, and turning insights into results? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join us at Thinkific.
As a Senior Product Manager on our Growth team, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition, activation, and monetization. You’ll set strategy, identify opportunities, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data—to deliver experiments and features that grow the business. Reporting into our Group Product Manager, Growth, you will play a key part in shaping our product-led growth engine.
Your goal will be to drive Thinkific’s product-led growth strategy, ensuring our solutions deliver substantial value to customers and align with our business objectives. Here’s how you’ll accomplish this:
- Define and own the strategic vision for your product group, integrating market insights, customer needs, and business outcomes
- Work on building and executing a data-informed product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact opportunities and aligns with company objectives
- Leverage the Reforge framework and growth team methodologies to identify levers, run iterative tests, and scale what works
- Develop and lead mobile strategies that support growth, ensuring the experience across devices is seamless, impactful, and aligned with how our customers engage
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data to launch experiments and features that drive sustainable growth
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, refine product strategies, and ensure our solutions exceed expectations
- Drive a data-informed approach to decision-making, analyzing trends, customer feedback, and internal metrics to optimize performance
- Help shape team rituals and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and shared success
The person we have in mind likely:
- Has 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year on a Growth focused team
- Has a proven track record of driving product strategy and delivering measurable business impact
- Brings hands-on experience with growth teams and familiarity with the Reforge framework to guide data-driven strategies and prioritization
- Has driven measurable growth through mobile-first strategies, optimizing engagement and retention for on-the-go users
- Is customer-obsessed, and has a strong foundation in Jobs-to-be-Done and direct experience engaging customers.
- Demonstrates an exceptional ability to synthesize data, market trends, and customer feedback into strategic product decisions
- Understands how AI is transforming product development —especially in the context of small business marketing and growth
- Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and approaches ambiguity with curiosity and a bias for action
- Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:
- Experience in e-commerce, creator economy, or online learning industries
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management, from ideation to execution
- Knowledge of marketing principles, customer acquisition strategies, and monetization models
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and automation in product development
- Completion of Reforge Growth Series, Advanced Growth, or other Reforge programs
The recruitment compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 CAD. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
