Nue is the AI-powered revenue architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management into a single system. It enables companies to simplify complex pricing, automate monetization, and gain full control over how they generate and scale revenue. Working with customers such as OpenAI, Chilipiper, Glean, HootSuite, and Mews. Nue helps sales, operations, and finance teams gain revenue acceleration, operational efficiency and revenue controls at speed and scale.
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, ERP Integrations to own and scale our integrations with core ERP systems, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role. You will work closely with engineering, solutions, customer success, and go-to-market teams, as well as directly with customers’ finance and IT stakeholders.
- Define and execute the ERP integration strategy and roadmap.
- Deeply understand how customers use these ERPs for order management, invoicing, revenue recognition, general ledger, and reporting.
- Design productized integration patterns that make it easy to deploy, configure, and maintain ERP connections at scale.
- Shape how revenue lifecycle platforms and ERPs work together end-to-end.
- Partner closely with customers’ Finance, Accounting, and RevOps teams to translate real-world ERP constraints into elegant product solutions.
- Work with a highly technical, fast-moving team that cares about outcomes, not just shipping features.
Own the ERP integrations portfolio
- Define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for integrations with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics.
- Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap balancing new ERP capabilities, performance, reliability, and customer-specific needs.
Customer & domain discovery
- Partner with customers’ Controllers, Finance, Accounting, and RevOps leaders to understand their ERP configurations and financial close processes.
- Synthesize feedback into reusable integration patterns (e.g., how orders, invoices, and revenue schedules should flow between Nue and each ERP).
Integration design & delivery
- Work with engineering to design robust, secure, and scalable integrations using ERP APIs, native connectors, and middleware where appropriate.
- Define clear requirements and detailed use cases for data flows between Nue and ERPs (e.g., customer master data, contracts, subscriptions, invoices, payments, revenue schedules, GL postings).
- Ensure integrations handle edge cases such as back-dated changes, mid-term amendments, and proration across ERP posting periods.
Quality, reliability & operability
- Partner with QA and engineering to define test strategies for ERP integrations, including sandbox testing, regression suites, and customer-specific configurations.
- Drive observability and alerting for ERP syncs (e.g., failures, mismatches, and latency issues) and ensure graceful recovery patterns.
Internal & external enablement
- Create solution blueprints, configuration guides, and best practices for each ERP.
- Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to position and deploy ERP integrations confidently.
- Contribute to documentation that explains how Nue and each ERP work together in typical customer architectures.
You’re passionate about financial operations, ERP systems, and revenue workflows, and you love solving complex integration problems that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer outcomes. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for how Nue connects to leading ERPs like NetSuite, Workday, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics, enabling finance and RevOps teams to run modern revenue models on top of systems that were never designed for that level of agility.
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3+ years directly focused on ERP integrations or ERP-centric products.
- 5+ in-depth and hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
- NetSuite
- Workday
- QuickBooks (Online or Enterprise)
- Sage Intacct
- Oracle (E-Business Suite or Fusion/Cloud ERP)

- Order-to-cash

- Revenue recognition and deferrals
- General ledger structures (chart of accounts, dimensions, segments)
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and partner effectively with engineering on technical integration work (APIs, authentication, data models, error handling).
- Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers to understand complex ERP configurations and designing scalable, productized solutions.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate between finance, business, and engineering stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Prior experience at a company in billing, revenue management, or financial operations that integrated deeply with ERPs.
- Direct implementation or consulting experience with NetSuite, Workday, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, or QuickBooks (e.g., as a solution consultant, implementation lead, or systems analyst).
- Experience with integration platforms or patterns such as iPaaS, message queues, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with data reconciliation, financial close processes, and reporting requirements across finance and RevOps.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and enterprise customers in multiple regions.
- Competitive compensation and benefits that reward your talent and impact.
- Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance
- A front-row seat in the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem, where you’ll work on cutting-edge challenges shaping the future of SaaS, finance, and payments.
- The opportunity to build truly groundbreaking products — your work won’t just support the business; it will influence how companies around the world monetize and grow.
- A high-energy, collaborative culture where smart, supportive teammates push each other to learn fast, think boldly, and do the best work of their careers.
