We are seeking a Price to Win Analyst to join our Competitive Analysis team. This role is critical in shaping winning bids by analyzing customer expectations, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to determine the optimal price point that maximizes win probability while maintaining profitability.

Description

  • Develop Price to Win models to shape pricing decisions and capture strategies

  • Define the technical solutions for device configurations, applying innovative design principles and cost-optimization strategies to deliver competitive, high-quality products

  • Perform competitor profiling and cost benchmarking using historical data and market intelligence

  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical teams to align PTW with solution design and win strategy

  • Conduct customer evaluation analysis (budget, procurement behavior, price sensitivity)

  • PTW modeling and competitive analysis

  • Present PTW findings to management for price reviews and governance boards

  • Maintain and update PTW assessments throughout the bid lifecycle

  • Gather, analyze, and centralize competitor and market intelligence to feed PTW models and decision-making

  • Contribute to process improvements for PTW integration and support for strategic pursuits


Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5-10 years experience in product design, cost estimation, or technical solutioning.

  • Ability to research and analyze competitor capabilities, pricing behaviors, and win themes.

  • Interest in building parametric and scenario-based pricing models; advanced Excel modeling and validation using historical data and benchmarks.

  • Understanding of customer evaluation criteria and scoring systems; ability to simulate price-to-score trade-offs to identify the win zone.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI.

  • Bilingual (French and English).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense or high-tech industry.

  • Strong analytical and business acumen; autonomous and proactive.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain and defend assessments to stakeholders.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
