Lead and evolve StackAdapt's global organic brand presence through social platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Drive brand strategy, storytelling, community engagement, and performance optimization.
The summary above was generated by AI

StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

StackAdapt is looking for a Senior Organic Brand & Social Marketing Manager to define, lead, and evolve our global organic brand presence across social platforms. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping how StackAdapt shows up organically — through our brand channels, executive voices, and employer brand storytelling.

This role owns the organic social brand narrative end-to-end: from executive and employer storytelling to community engagement and cultural relevance within the adtech and B2B ecosystem. You will act as the company’s internal authority on organic social, setting the vision for how organic social drives awareness, credibility, trust, and long-term brand growth.

This is a highly strategic, AI-enabled role that blends brand architecture, storytelling, executive influence, short-form video fluency, and performance intelligence. The ideal candidate thinks in narratives, not posts — and understands how to build a social presence that people actively follow, engage with, and trust.

This position is preferably Toronto-based and requires regular on-site presence at our Bay St. office for executive filming, event coverage, and real-time brand storytelling.

Internally your title will be: Principal Organic Brand & Social Marketing Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:Organic Brand & Social Strategy
  • Define and own StackAdapt’s global organic brand and social strategy, with LinkedIn and YouTube as cornerstone platforms.
  • Define and evolve the brand’s organic narrative to support awareness, category relevance, and long-term brand growth.
  • Set the standard for social-first storytelling that translates company strategy, product evolution, and industry POVs into compelling content.
Executive, Employer & Community Presence
  • Lead executive social presence and thought leadership, serving as a strategic advisor and ghostwriter for Director+ leaders.
  • Shape employer brand storytelling and external community engagement to keep StackAdapt top of mind within the advertising and marketing ecosystem.
  • Establish clear guidance on when brand, executives, or employees should lead key narratives.
Community Intelligence & Market Feedback
  • Monitor and engage in relevant industry conversations across social platforms and adjacent communities.
  • Translate audience and market insights into strategic recommendations for Brand, Product Marketing, and Digital GTM teams.
Performance & Optimization
  • Define success for organic social beyond engagement, including share of voice, narrative impact, and sustained visibility.
  • Own organic performance reporting and use insights to guide experimentation and prioritization.
  • Partner with Paid Media to selectively amplify high-impact organic narratives.

Cross-Functional Influence & Ownership

  • Serve as the organic social authority across the organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on launches and priority moments.
  • Build scalable principles, playbooks, and operating models that elevate quality and consistency.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 8+ years of experience in organic social, brand storytelling, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS, AdTech, or Martech strongly preferred).
  • Proven ownership of global organic brand strategies for high-growth companies.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn and YouTube, with a proven ability to identify, test, and scale emerging platforms, formats, and opportunities as audience behavior evolves.
  • Strong short-form video fluency — from concept and scripting to filming and editing — with a clear understanding of platform-native formats.
  • Extensive experience ghostwriting and managing social presence for senior leaders or executives.
  • Experience designing and scaling employee advocacy or participation programs.
  • Hands-on, strategic use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, generative media, social intelligence platforms) to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, including building dashboards and translating performance into strategy (GA4, Hockeystack, Sprout Social or similar).
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort influencing senior stakeholders.
  • High bar for quality, narrative coherence, and brand integrity.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Preference is for Toronto-based candidates who are available for regular on-site content capture, executive-facing work, and event coverage.
