La connaissance de l’anglais est requise afin de communiquer quotidiennement avec des clients situés à l’extérieur du Québec.

En tant que chargé de comptes majeurs et stratégiques principal – conseiller à la réussite client, vous gérerez des comptes stratégiques de premier plan, en tirant parti de votre compréhension approfondie des enjeux commerciaux et des besoins des clients pour accroître considérablement le chiffre d'affaires. Votre expertise orientera les efforts de l'équipe, et votre pouvoir de négociation sera déterminant pour conclure des contrats importants.

Responsabilités :

  • Établir et entretenir des relations à long terme avec des clients de premier plan.
  • Identifier et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès de comptes majeurs.
  • Élaborer des propositions et des plans de vente stratégiques détaillés.
  • Assurer une coordination harmonieuse entre les clients et les équipes internes pour une meilleure prestation de services.
  • De manière proactive, assurer le suivi de la satisfaction client et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de service.
  • Analyser des données clients complexes pour orienter et ajuster les stratégies de vente.
  • Animer les discussions stratégiques lors des réunions de vente et des séances de planification.
  • Résoudre des problèmes clients complexes avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Concevoir et piloter des campagnes importantes de génération de pistes (lead generation) et de marketing.
  • Négocier les conditions de produits ou services à fort impact en toute discrétion et avec assurance.
