As a senior implementation advisor, you play a strategic role in supporting plan sponsors, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. You oversee projects from start to finish, engaging key stakeholders, anticipating potential issues and ensuring that every stage is completed effectively to deliver an outstanding client experience. You play a leadership role to help ensure projects meet their objectives, timelines and quality standards, while fostering effective collaboration among stakeholders. You also help advance our practices by leading or supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes
  • Develop a detailed action plan in collaboration with project stakeholders and monitor its progress
  • Support project teams and coordinate follow-up for all activities
  • Work with clients to obtain plan details and clarify requirements
  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise. Recommend technology solutions and provide clients with administrative support
  • Assess whether project objectives have been achieved
  • Participate in the bidding process and meetings with finalists.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in project management
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Advanced knowledge of group retirement savings products
