As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor to senior leaders within your business units, particularly supporting sales and marketing teams across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia. Your role will be crucial in strengthening organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture. You will drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives while collaborating with our team to ensure your unit has the necessary resources.

As one of our Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
- Develop deep, trusting partnerships with Senior leadership in Sales and Marketing, providing coaching and sound advice.
- Take full ownership of talent management for the Go-to-Market Business Unit - including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning and effective performance management.
- Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root. Conduct hands-on analyses when necessary. Take responsibility for managing turnover.
- Represent your Business Units’ interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR. You will lead the implementation of corporate programs, policies and initiatives with a focus on change management within your client group
- Directly contribute to, as well as lead certain transformational, cross-departmental projects.
- Drive change management by aligning HR strategies with business goals and facilitating effective communication. Monitor progress, address resistance, and work to embed the change into the organization’s culture, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.

- You have a proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner.
- Navigating complex challenges and driving impactful solutions comes naturally to you.
- Building deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership is one of your core strengths. Your sound judgment and ability to diagnose and address issues effectively are invaluable assets.
- You are a skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French, which is crucial for engaging with your customer groups across North America and Europe.
What would make you stand out:
- Prior experience working with Sales & Marketing Executive leadership. You cultivate a crisp understanding of the business’ strategic priorities and levers.
- You bring experience from working in rapidly growing organizations. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when necessary.
- Experience working with teams in the US is a strong advantage. Additionally, experience in Europe and Australia will make you an even more compelling candidate.
