The Engineering team at Stan is small, senior, and incredibly high impact. In just two years, a team of five full-stack engineers built a $30M+ ARR company, and we’re now scaling toward $100M+.

Engineers at Stan are deeply involved in product decisions, work closely with design and go-to-market partners, and own work end-to-end - from ideation to deployment and iteration.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale products used by tens of thousands of creators.

This is a high-impact role for engineers who love shipping, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want direct influence on both product and business outcomes.

• Build elegant, scalable full-stack systems that power creator workflows

• Own features end-to-end, from concept to production

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and GTM to shape what we build and why

• Use customer feedback as a primary input into product decisions

• Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability

• Experience building full-stack web applications in production environments

• Strong product intuition and user-centric mindset

• Ability to reason from first principles and challenge assumptions

• Comfort shipping frequently to large user bases

• Bias toward action and continuous improvement

• Experience at high-growth startups or creator-focused products

• Exposure to scaling systems to tens of thousands of users
