Senior Front End Software Engineer

• Build Tools: Vite

• Database: MongoDB, Postgres
• CI/CD: Azure, Github, Google Cloud Platform, TeamCity

• Contribute to the architecture and design of key application components
• Deliver clean, high‑quality, well‑tested code and identify improvements for performance, usability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to gather feedback and define technical requirements
• Coordinate development activities with intermediate and junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently while contributing to long‑term stability improvements
• Ensure application solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible

• 5+ years of professional development experience with React and NodeJS
• Experience in capital markets environments
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong design sense and advanced CSS/UI implementation skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mentality
• Experience with document and relational databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MS SQL)
• Comfort engaging directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and end users
• Experience leading development initiatives or mentoring other developers
• Positive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success

• A personal website or portfolio showcasing projects
• Experience building Java web services
• Strong awareness of modern engineering trends and frontend ecosystem advancements
