Position

Kueski is seeking a Director of Product Management – Vertical Platform to own and scale the product layer that brings platform capabilities to life across consumer and merchant experiences.
This role is ideal for a user-obsessed product leader who thrives at the intersection of platform infrastructure and end-user experience, with a track record of driving adoption at scale.
As a key leader, you will transform proven platform capabilities into high-impact, user-facing products through exceptional design, growth strategy, and cross-functional execution.
You will partner closely with Design, Marketing, and Engineering to elevate the experience layer and unlock measurable business and user outcomes.
As scope expands, you will build and lead high-performing PM teams while driving clarity, alignment, and velocity across the organization.
You will strengthen Kueski’s vertical platform by ensuring its capabilities deliver scalable value, differentiation, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Own outcomes for Vertical Platform domains, translating company strategy into clear goals and multi-year plans focused on scaling proven capabilities.

  • Drive prioritization and resource allocation aligned with growth, retention, and business impact.

  • Identify opportunities to expand adoption and engagement across Kueski’s product ecosystem.

User Experience & Growth
  • Champion a user-first approach, ensuring high-quality, intuitive, and consistent experiences across all surfaces.

  • Partner closely with Design, Marketing, and Data to drive adoption, retention, and conversion.

  • Lead discovery, experimentation, and roadmap execution with a strong 1→100 scaling mindset.

Data & Technical Leadership
  • Build a strong data-informed culture, leveraging analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.

  • Partner effectively with Engineering on trade-offs, scalability, and delivery quality.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve product and operational performance.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Impact
  • Build and develop high-performing PM teams with strong product, UX, and growth capabilities.

  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business teams.

  • Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability, and execution discipline

Job Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of teams and managers.

  • Proven experience owning and scaling consumer-facing or user-centric platform products — with a clear 1-to-100 track record.

  • Strong background working with UI/UX Design teams; deep appreciation for design quality and user experience as product outcomes.

  • Experience in growth-oriented product environments: activation, adoption, retention, conversion, or engagement.

  • Experience managing Managers of PMs and senior-level ICs; having hired, developed, and held teams accountable to outcomes.

  • Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering on trade-offs — deep technical expertise is not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across product, design, engineering, and business.

  • Experience in fintech, consumer financial products, or regulated environments is a plus.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Diversity & Inclusion

At Kueski we embrace diversity in all forms, systematically promote equity, and ensure everyone feels included with a sense of belonging. We are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified candidates. As part of this commitment, we will make efforts to ensure reasonable accommodations are made during the hiring process.
