POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Business Advisor, BDC Advisory Services executes standard and customized consulting projects for a human resources consulting specialty with a focus on high-quality professional solutions that help entrepreneurs grow their business. They manage the delivery of projects; provides expertise in her field and sales support; and helps promote specialized consulting offerings.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Execute standard and customized consulting projects.
Provide a unique set of strategic services, including strategic analysis, planning and management coaching, to targeted entrepreneurs. The focus will be on delivering high-quality professional solutions that help entrepreneurs grow their business.
Manage project delivery by monitoring scope, budget, schedule and objectives, and perform quality assurance controls on projects and deliverables.
Serve as an expert in the field and keep abreast of market trends to support the development and evolution of solutions and tools related to the consulting services specialty.
Provide sales support by performing diagnostics of customer needs and participating in the preparation of personalized service offerings.
Work closely with client partners to help transfer product/technical knowledge and expertise, execute projects, and sell new mandates.
Contribute to the outreach activities of the consulting services specialty by developing marketing content and helping to promote the offer.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations or any other field deemed relevant; A master's degree is considered a major asset;
The CHRP-CRIA designation is considered an asset;
More than 10 years of experience in a consulting firm or in SMEs with experience in the fields of talent management and individual management coaching;
Ability to develop pragmatic solutions that are relevant in the business environment of SMEs and to provide the company with the required strategic support;
Strong customer focus and customer service orientation, with a clear focus on delivering value to the customer;
Proven ability to manage and execute standard and customized consulting projects;
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices in a client service delivery context;
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to participate in outreach, promotion and business development activities;
Excellent ability to work in a team and express themselves in French as well as English.
