We're on the hunt for a savvy Senior Analyst, Data Operations & Analytics to join our team and serve as the ultimate bridge between data and product, engineering and design. You will be a key player of our Data Office, being embedded directly into the Product team you partner with to apply your data skills and elevate data standards across the organization. NOTE: As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Role: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, systems and underlying data architecture to drive operational excellence within your Pod regrouping Product and Data team members
  • Drive the data roadmap of your Pod, and collaborate with the Data Strategy team to shape the broader Data Office roadmap to industrialize data and ensure robust data practices.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to optimize processes, systems, and data flows within your Pod, enabling data-driven decisions that fuel product development.
  • Develop exploratory data models leveraging diverse data sources, supporting our product teams with insightful datasets, reporting, and dynamic dashboards.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality, investigating discrepancies at the source, documenting findings, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Data Office to establish and promote data standards and best practices across the organization. 

Skills/Experience: 

  • Proven experience in an analytical role with a strong focus on data operations and process optimization
  • Experience in Product Management, Software Development or Product Analytics will give you a headstart
  • Proficient SQL skills, and willingness to learn new tools and data systems
  • Strong business acumen and a knack for bridging the gap between technical challenges and product strategy
  • Enjoy tackling complex problems through meticulous research, analysis, and innovative solutions.
  • Meticulous with data accuracy and a keen eye for spotting anomalies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex problems with clarity and impact
  • Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, Dataform, Looker, GitHub, MongoDB and Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter mentality, and the ability to drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment
