Our growing team is looking for a Senior Product Owner in Conversational AI!

About the role

At Intact Lab, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions by integrating user-centered design with cutting-edge technology. As part of this ambition, we are seeking a talented and passionate Product Owner to join our dynamic and innovative team.

With a user-focused and business-oriented approach, you will lead multidisciplinary experts in the development of human-centered conversational AI solutions that empower users to achieve their goals.

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development of our AI solutions. You will be responsible for defining plans, conducting thorough research, and building products from the ground up. As an expert in our products, you will ensure the frequent launch of new improvements, track their performance, and communicate results/recommendations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to learn about new technologies, capable of navigating uncertainty and keen to build robust products from the foundation. A high level of autonomy is essential, as you will need to make important decisions and lead the project with a clear and independent vision.

What you'll do here:

  • Define the Conversational AI product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders and to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for AI user-centered product development.

  • Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps. Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize tasks.

  • Facilitate cross-collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers. Demonstrate the value of AI solutions through effective communication and presentations.

  • Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products. Stay informed about industry best practices in AI development.

  • Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions. Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating and delivering digital products.

  • Expertise in agile methodologies.

  • Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics.

  • Proven experience in product design.

  • Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation

  • Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.

  • Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
