The Data Valorization Governance team plays a key role in overseeing the development, deployment and use of analytical, algorithmic and artificial intelligence models. Our mission is to maximize the value of data while ensuring it’s used ethically, responsibly and securely for the benefit of our members and clients. As Senior Governance Advisor, AI and Models, you play an influential role in supporting analytics teams. You help them identify, manage and mitigate risks (models, data, bias, privacy, transparency, etc.) while promoting a culture of responsible innovation that complies with internal and external frameworks. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support analytics teams in applying model governance and responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability, accountability, etc.).
Participate in developing, updating and sharing standards, processes, tools and best practices governing the model life cycle.
Contribute to the ethical evaluation of analytics projects, especially those involving personal information.
Contribute to the ethical assessment of analytical projects, particularly those involving personal information.
Coordinate audits as the 1B line of defence for model risks across all business sectors and support functions within the organization.
Monitor best practices, regulatory frameworks and trends in AI and model governance.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, risk management or a related field
A minimum of six years of experience in a role related to advanced analytics, AI, governance or risk management
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in model validation or auditing
Knowledge of French is required
Strong skills in communication, interdisciplinary collaboration and advisory work
Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g.,: Law 25, Artificial Intelligence and Data Act, etc.)
Knowledge of personal information protection principles as applied to analytics
Familiarity with technical, ethical and regulatory issues related to models and AI
