Our department is responsible for delivering analytical solutions for the Business Services Executive Division. We use and process operational data and build analysis pillars to meet the needs of our business sectors and serve our members and clients. We make information and training resources and tools available to help our teams do their jobs. As a Data Engineering Advisor, you analyze, develop and maintain data solutions. You help clients develop scalable solutions and design platforms tailored to business needs. You solve complex issues related to data collection and storage platforms that require in-depth analysis of the field. You identify client and partner needs, develop strategies and action plans and serve as a reference for data management. You work with various players to align solutions with business objectives. More specifically, You will be required to:
Analyze needs and write functional specifications to create data models
Use various ETL tools for storing and producing complex sets of data
Help carry out operations support requests as required to help the team reach sprint targets
Identify opportunities to improve systems based on trends and behaviours, and recommend ways to enhance data management services
Help develop procedures and document technical solutions.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience with ETL tools (SAS, DataStage, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse) and best practices for extracting, transforming and loading data
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience working in a support team
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in SQL query language
