Job Description

 

What you’re responsible for:

  • You will be ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting for the assigned region
  • You will be developing, maintaining, and monitoring financial planning activities such as targets and budgets
  • You will be collaborating with Business Unit (BU) partners to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making
  • You will be executing month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial results
  • You will be leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and shorten financial reporting cycles
  • You will be preparing and delivering detailed, value-added financial analyses to support business performance

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a university degree in accounting or finance
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • You are highly skilled in Excel and familiar with reporting tools such as Cognos or Power BI
  • You are bilingual in French and English
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working collaboratively across departments
