Job Description

MEDFAR is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support the commercialization of an artificial intelligence solution that automates incoming call handling in medical clinics.

You will work with key healthcare accounts to understand their phone accessibility challenges, demonstrate the solution's value, and guide their teams from initial discussions through to adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and driving complex sales involving multiple decision-makers.

Responsabilities

Following an onboarding period focused on our products and the Quebec healthcare sector, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a commercialization strategy for the solution targeting enterprise accounts and our existing clientele.

  • Building relationships with executives, operations managers, and other key decision-makers involved in purchasing decisions.

  • Meeting with clients to understand their call management processes, identify their needs, and demonstrate how the solution seamlessly integrates into their operations.

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead identification through negotiation and deal closure.

  • Crafting tailored proposals aligned with each organization's unique realities and clearly articulating the solution's operational value.

  • Collaborating with product, deployment, and customer success teams to facilitate implementation and drive adoption.

  • Tracking initiative results, sharing market feedback, and contributing to the continuous evolution of our sales strategy.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week)

  • Hybrid work arrangement

  • Travel required to meet clients in person

  • Candidate must hold a valid driver's license

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or account management dealing with enterprise accounts, ideally selling technology solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

  • Ability to develop account strategies, identify business opportunities, and advance deals from discovery to close.

  • Comfortable discussing operational challenges with executive teams and translating product capabilities into tangible benefits.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Full proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Assets 

  • Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with medical clinic operations in Quebec.
  • Experience commercializing artificial intelligence, automation, or telephony solutions.

  • Experience working with clinic networks or multi-site organizations.
